Notification of defects and handling complaints
Defect in the goods and services the buyer can only claim to the seller immediately upon delivery of goods or services. Defect on the extent or size immediately upon purchase, sensory defect (taste, smell) at the latest when tasting product. Defect on the extent or size is obligated to be removed immediately by the seller, the sensory defect, then after the agreement between the buyer and the person in charge of the seller. If no agreement is reached, the service or goods will not be charged to the buyer.
Defect in billing for services and goods the buyer can only claim to the seller immediately upon billing. Defects in the bill for goods and services in individually prepared contracts buyer can only claim immediately in the transaction.
Defect in the behavior of staff can be claimed by buyer to the person responsible of establishment Letenský zámeček.
