We change our menu regularly in order to continuously provide new culinary experiences. Throughout the year, we add seasonal specialties of the gastronomic calendar to the menu. We take advantage of the availability of local ingredients from Czech fields and forests.
Fresh asparagus season
Throughout April and May, you can enjoy fresh asparagus risotto in our brasserie, or traditional asparagus in Hollandaise sauce.
Aromatic strawberry season
The scent of sweet strawberry desserts will delight you during the first half of June. Enjoy savoury strawberry cheesecake or fresh strawberries with mascarpone.
Wild mushroom season
In early autumn, our chef prepares wild mushroom ragout and our popular cream of wild mushroom soup.
Czech game season
Throughout October and November, we feature game dishes including venison tenderloin and home-made pâté.
